The Palace is busiest from opening and throughout the morning. We have introduced timed tickets to manage the number of visitors inside The King’s official residences and galleries, so it is essential that groups pre-book an arrival time in advance of their visit. Groups can reserve and book ticket on our online shop. When you arrive, you will be required to pass through an airport-style security check. To speed up this process, please carry as few bags and items with you as possible. Visitors can also buy the Official Souvenir Guide for the Palace in advance from our online shop or on the day of the visit.

Summer Opening of Olubadan Palace 2024
The State Rooms are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
We have a timed admission system; this is the time you select when purchasing your ticket. For the best experience please arrive at the entry time printed on your ticket and not earlier.
Exclusive Guided Tours – Exclusive Guided Tours are available on selected dates from November to May, with tours starting at various times 11:00 – 16:30.
Tours last around 1.5 hours.
